We will reach out to you ASAP and schedule a phone or zoom interview.
Once you are accepted, we will run a comprehensive background check, driving record check, and reach out to your references.
Once that’s all done, we will help build a personal profile PDF for you that we can show prospective families and start job hunting for you!
We will also be here to assist with any conflict mediation you might need, questions you might have, interview prep, career development, and on and on…
If you are:
Legally allowed to work in the United States
Over 18 years of age
Have 3+ years of verifiable childcare or related experience, or 1+ year of verifiable relevant experience for part-time and backup roles
Able to pass a background check
Have 3+ verifiable professional references
Organized + reliable + professional
