Here’s what happens after you apply:

  • Fill out the application form below!

  • We will reach out to you ASAP and schedule a phone or zoom interview.

  • Once you are accepted, we will run a comprehensive background check, driving record check, and reach out to your references.

  • Once that’s all done, we will help build a personal profile PDF for you that we can show prospective families and start job hunting for you!

  • We will also be here to assist with any conflict mediation you might need, questions you might have, interview prep, career development, and on and on…

If you are:

  • Legally allowed to work in the United States

  • Over 18 years of age

  • Have 3+ years of verifiable childcare or related experience, or 1+ year of verifiable relevant experience for part-time and backup roles

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Have 3+ verifiable professional references

  • Organized + reliable + professional
